Dobbs, Walker unite in marriage

Renea Dobbs of Wylie and Chris Walker of Wylie were united in married April 27, 2008.

Earl E. Newsom officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Marilyn Dobbs of Sachse and Gary and Myrt Stone of Antler, Okla.

The groom is the son of Mike and Cheryl Walker of Sachse.

Given in marriage by Gary Stone, the bride wore a gown with a floral design and a matching half-length veil with satin trim. She carried a cascading bouquet of white calla lillies and yellow roses.

The wedding took place at the gazebo at Olde City Park in Wylie. A reception was held immediately after the ceremony at the park.

Donovan Walker of Wylie was ring bearer.

The bride is a stay-at-home mom to three boys, Donovan, Jaden and Riley.

The groom works for Walker Flooring.

The family will reside in Wylie.

The bride and groom said they wish to thank all those in and around Wylie who helped make their wedding possible.
